To use the ASF Accredited Facility logo on your web site or other publications, click here and send an email with the following information:
1. Facilty Name or ID number
2. Type of publication or web site
3. The URL (example: www.yourwebsite.net) OR a proof (Word, Jpeg or PDF file type) of the publication for approval
Upon approval, logos will be emailed for approved use.
