Statement Regarding Processing Delays

To our valued facilities and clients, as you know this has been an unprecedented year due to the global pandemic. While we take pride in our Gold Standard approach to customer service, our staff is working at maximum capacity to manage the backlog of surveys which is a result of the facility shutdowns, suspension of survey activities, and prohibitions on surveyor travel due to the national emergency. We continue to work with our regulatory partners to ensure a reasonable accommodation for facilities approaching their expiration dates. Therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding as there may be delays in our normal processing times through the remainder of the year. Efforts are being made to continue to provide the best service as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards.
